Didn't I just post week 22? Wow this is going quickly!
Here are the details:
"Turn on the radio and sway to the music. With his sense of movement well developed by now, your baby can feel you dance. And now that he's more than 11 inches long and weighs just over a pound (about as much as a large mango), you may be able to see him squirm underneath your clothes. Blood vessels in his lungs are developing to prepare for breathing, and the sounds that your baby's increasingly keen ears pick up are preparing him for entry into the outside world. Loud noises that become familiar now — such as your dog barking or the roar of the vacuum cleaner — probably won't faze him when she hears them outside the womb."
Well, we can't see him squirming under my clothes yet, in fact, Paul still hasn't felt him move. He sat with his hand on my stomach for about ten minutes the other night and I kept saying "there- did you feel him, he kicked!" but he didn't feel a thing.. I'm guessing in the next week or so he'll start to be able to feel the baby...
And with all of the barking our dogs do baby should definitely be pretty familiar with that noise by now!
In other news my college friend who was induced last Friday morning had a beautiful baby boy on 8/8/08- a very auspicious day!
